SHIPPING WITHIN THE EU

Within the EU we currently ship to the following countries:
Austria, Czechia, France, Germany, Ireland

Processing Time: After the order is placed, we need 1 - 3 business days to prepare, pack and hand over the order to the shipping service provider.

As soon as we have handed over your order to the shipping service provider, you will receive an email notification with tracking details.

Shipping time: 2 to 7 business days.

The goods are shipped discreetly in neutral packaging.

SHIPPING TO COUNTRIES OUTSIDE THE EU: Australia, Japan, Switzerland, USA, Canada

Shipping Costs:
Switzerland: € 9,00 (Shipping time: 3-7 business days)
Japan: € 15,00 (Shipping time: 7-28 business days)
Australia: € 15,00 (Shipping time: 7-28 business days)
Canada: € 15,00 (Shipping time: 7-28 business days)
USA: € 28,00 (Shipping time: 4-28 business days)
Due to new US customs regulations, we currently only offer express shipping via UPS to the USA. As soon as standard shipping via Austrian Post is available again, we will adjust the shipping costs accordingly.

Your order will be shipped with the "Österreichische Post". Incoterms: Delivery at Place (DAP).

If you are based OUTSIDE the EU, you may have to pay import duties. When your delivery reaches your destination country, import duties and taxes are levied. We are unable to advise on the rates that may be charged, as they vary from country to country. Please check with your local postal service provider for more information.
